For Corporate / Group Bookings

1. Email us your desired date and time slot for the tour, giving us the full details such as the number of pax, payment method etc. You will receive a reply within 48 hours to confirm the availability of the desired date/ time. We will also quote you a price.
2. When you have agreed on the date, we will request for the payment to be made no later than 1 week before your tour date. We accept credit card payments (by a faxed/ scanned authorization letter), cheque or cash payment.
3. We will send you a confirmation on your tour.

Terms and Conditions

• Sepang International Circuit reserves the right to cancel tours 24 hours in advance. If we
  cancel a tour, a full refund or rescheduled tour will be offered.
• Should you wish to cancel your tour, please inform a member of the tour department at least 48 hours prior to your tour date and time in order for us to reschedule. No refunds will be given.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour time.
• Sepang International Circuit cannot be held responsible for any property lost during the
  tour.
• Free parking is available on-site.
• Not all areas may be available on the tour date due to track operations. Should this be
  the case, we will attempt to show visitors other interesting areas of the ground or offer
  a full refund. However, many of these areas may become unavailable on the date of the
  tour and therefore we will be unable to warn visitors prior to the visit.

SIC CIRCUIT TOUR VOUCHERS

SIC tour vouchers are now available and are a fantastic gift idea for any Motorsports fan or as corporate giveaways. Tour vouchers give the holder flexibility to book their preferred tour date and time and are available for both weekday and weekend tours. Tours run 7 days a week, depending on fixtures and track operations.
