1	Customer submit order to Scuderia Kelana (appointed Pirelli dealer) to obtain confirmation on delivery (Munawir +6016-626 1917 or Raja Zaini +6019-3675667)
2	Scuderia Kelana confirms delivery schedule to customer
3	Scuderia Kelana informs customer (competitors) the order status and collect payment
4	Customer submits payment to Scuderia Kelana (cash/credit card)
5	Scuderia Kelana will deliver to customer
	* Order process 3 working days ** Delivery of tyres (2 weeks from confirmation of payment)
