Japan Riders Push the Limit in Hot Session at Sepang International Circuit

It’s the first day of the three day MotoGP testing in Malaysia. The day started cool but expected to reach in the low 40celcius at track side as the sun creeps up and heats the 5.543km long tarmac of the Sepang International Circuit.

Only five riders, Norihiko Fujiwara (Yamaha Factory), Wataru Yoshikawa (Yamaha Factory), Akiyoshi Kosuke (Repsol Honda Team), Nobui Aoki (Rizla Suzuki MotoGP) and Vitoriano Guaresch (Ducati Marlboro Team), all hailing from Japan will be on the “hot seat” today as it’s scheduled only for factory riders.

The official riders will be on the track on Thursday and Friday. Yamaha have revealed that they will be revealing their 2010 bikes complete with this year’s livery on Thursday morning along with its riders Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo.

Fans can come to view the testing session from the Grandstand (entrance is free) from 9am to 6pm and have a preview of the actual race scheduled to go on 10.10.2010.
